How member voting works
- Each member receives a unique secure token by email from the secretary
- Your token is hashed in your browser — we never see the original
- You can vote For, Against, or Abstain on each motion once only
- A quorum of 15% of active members is required for any vote to be binding
- Results are published as static JSON and displayed on the Results page
- Voting is anonymous — tallies are done locally by the secretary
