How member voting works

  • Each member receives a unique secure token by email from the secretary
  • Your token is hashed in your browser — we never see the original
  • You can vote For, Against, or Abstain on each motion once only
  • A quorum of 15% of active members is required for any vote to be binding
  • Results are published as static JSON and displayed on the Results page
  • Voting is anonymous — tallies are done locally by the secretary
