Brighton & Hove Community Land Trust (BHCLT) is a membership organisation made up of local people who are concerned about the housing crisis and want to make constructive steps to end it. We want to make housing and land in the city genuinely affordable for now and future generations.

Through BHCLT, there are many groups of people in Brighton & Hove working on community-led housing projects which will do just that. These include co-operatives, cohousing and self-build (whether you are doing it with your own hands or contracting the work out), all developed through local people working together.

How will our candidates support community-led housing in our cities? This event will allow some of them to debate policies, air their views and answer questions from the audience.
