I’ve personally found Lawstop to be very good with my advocacy clients, It often frustrates me when Brighton and Hove City Council deny someone who is homeless a duty to house under the homeless reduction act, even if its just for the two months and a personal housing plan, but no same as forever its often fob them off and not count the application.
Lawstop can do community care assessments which is something many other local housing lawyers cannot or don’t do. They often win cases, which proves to me that they are doing good work.
You just need bank statements valid for last two months if you are entitled to legal aid. But I recommend you contact them first.
