The Government led by Boris Johnson is proposing swift new legislation changes to the legal system which many believe will further desecrate the legal aid system which is already under pressure from austerity cuts to the service and underpins the rights citizens in our democratic society have in relation to gaining access to free legal services which should provide everyone with access to legal representation to overcome injustices, whatever ever the reason.
